This is a short summary of the 'Terms and Conditions' of usage for any and all Solution Technologies Ltd services. Use of any Solution Technologies Ltd product is subject to agreement. Full 'Terms and Conditions' will be presented on order of any product.
General conditions of service
Solution Technologies Ltd is not liable in contract either directly or indirectly for the loss of business or revenue or loss of data that could occur to the Client when operating any Solution Technology Ltd services. Solution Technologies Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, modify terms prior to delivery of any service or refuse credit terms prior to contracting. Solution Technologies Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or cancel service with reasonable notice.
Contractor Tracker Services
Annual subscriptions are payable by standing order, cheque or on invoice. Non-payment on subscription due date will result in service suspension. Accounts are due for payment within 14 days. Accounts not paid within 30 days will be suspended and referred for debt collection.
Consultancy, Web Bureau and Installation Services

General Conduct
- Customers are prohibited from transmitting on or through any of the Solution Technologies Ltd services, any material that is, in Solution Technologies Ltd's sole discretion, unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, hateful or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
- Solution Technologies Ltd services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution, or storage of any information, data or material in violation of United Kingdom laws, or by the common law, is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or any other statute. Solution Technologies Ltd reserves the right to remove such illegal material from its servers.
- The customer is responsible for keeping his billing data with Solution Technologies Ltd up-to-date and accurate. Furnishing false data upon signup, contract, or online application, including fraudulent use of credit card numbers, is grounds for immediate termination, and may subject the offender to civil or criminal liability.
- The resale of Solution Technologies Ltd products and services is not permitted, unless specifically authorised and documented in a written agreement.
Intellectual Property
The materials in this Site including the names, images and logos identifying Solution Technologies Ltd or third parties and their products and services are subject to and protected by the intellectual property rights (including copyright, database rights, design rights and trade marks) of Solution Technologies Ltd and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any intellectual property right of Solution Technologies Ltd or any third party, other than is necessary to use the Site in accordance with these terms. Unauthorised use of this Site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Cancellation
Requests for cancellation of subscribed services must be received in writing by Solution Technologies Ltd 3 months in advance of cancellation. Such a request must be made by the named account holder or by the billed party. For all subscriptions, no refund is available if the holder wishes to cancel before the termination date of the subscription.
